Message From the President

Today’s marketplace is changing at a speed very few of us could have imagined just 10 years ago.  However, one thing has stayed constant – the need for results oriented professionals who are able to execute and perform at the levels for which they were hired.
 
For the past 21 years I have been involved in the Human Capital marketplace. For many of those years I was in leadership roles with traditional Search firms that struggled to find a true value proposition for their clients.  I believe the majority of the Search marketplace continues to struggle with this same issue today.
 
In early 2002, as I continued to assess and reflect on the state of the Search industry, I began to wonder what would happen if clients were somehow able to “test drive” candidates before they hired them? How would this impact their hiring success rate?  And what would happen if instead of simply being interviewed, candidates were able to literally experience what it would be like working at the company they were interested in before they were hired?
 
From this simple idea Hire Results Ltd was born.
 
At Hire Results, we continue to break new ground with our clients by helping them to observe and assess candidates through a different lens; by breaking the traditional rules of hiring and creating new ones!  The end results are reflected on our clients’ bottom line, through the acquisition of new employees who are positively impacting their business. In many instances these results are produced by candidates who typically would have been passed over due to their in ability to perform well in the traditional interview setting. Our clients have become believers in the statement that there is no relationship between a candidates ability to perform well in an interview and execute on the job.
